My beautiful, crazy cousin Pam and her fabulous daughter Kate from St Louis just spent the last fun filled week with the boys and I reconnecting in London. It has been over 8 years since we last got together and I am so very happy we didn't make it 9.
Every time we get together makes me realise how much I do miss my family. Moving to Europe 25 years ago I never thought I would stay so long but blink...and there you go... 25years! It was great to see how the younger cousins all got on and how much they had in common considering they live on opposite sides of the world.
We got to share an amazing 4th of July Party, visited The London Eye, had lunch in Wimbledon while the tennis was on, walked around the iconic Covent Garden and Richmond Park with the last night spent at the opening night of Ed Sheeran at Wembley Arena. It was an absolutely fabulous week with the fam! The only thing that wasn't fabulous was they were only here for 1 week, too short!!
Family to me is very important. I am truly blessed to have so many great people in my life and my cousins Pammie and Kate are most certainly 2 of them!
Love ya Cuz!!!
This blog is a place for me to share what I do with you. It is about my love for racing, family and fashion. It is also about being an older athlete and how I manage to keep my training balanced and, most of the time, injury free. I hope to inspire other ladies, regardless of age, to get up and get healthy...just try it!
